I’m Hagar, and with my amazing team, we are your destination wedding planners in Italy, Cyprus, and Greece.
In 2016, I left the venture capital world to follow my heart. My journey began with my own destination wedding in Cyprus. It was amidst the azure waters and golden sands where I found my calling. My company was born from that magical experience.
We specialize in creating unique, elegant weddings, from medium-scale marvels to high-end affairs. I thrive on organizing every detail, from exquisite decor to seamless logistics. Nature is my sanctuary, and you’ll often find me soaking in its beauty, drawing inspiration for your special destination wedding.
When I’m not busy planning your dream wedding, I cherish moments with my family and traveling around Europe with them, enjoying local cuisines and views.

Where are you based?
OVERSEAS HQ is based in Cyprus, Europe.
Our team is based in various locations around the EU, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
We all work remotely and can cover all time zones.
What is one very important factor to check about your potential planner?
That they have professional liability insurance (OVERSEAS company is covered with an international premium that covers all the countries in the world by LLOYDS.)
how many events have you organized?
Hagar and the OVERSEAS team have organized more than 400 events to date in 24 different countries!
Covering all religions and types of weddings, including same sex destination weddings, kosher destination weddings, indian destination weddings and much more.
how much is my wedding goging to cost?
This depends on so many factors such as the season, the chosen location and venue, the amount of guests and the suppliers we will hire.
We can discuss this more openly in a discovery call.
what is the longest wedding you have organized?
10 days events consists of 2 weekends, a family party in a 5 star resort for 50 guests and a friends event lasting 5 days in a full buyout resort with a rave party of 200 guests and DJs from all over the world.
how's the communication works?
However you prefer!
We really like having zoom calls and will always summarize the calls and action items, keep track of mutual boards and files for all the open tasks. We can also communicate via Whatsapp or face to face meetings.
